You'll be invited into simple, sensory-based mindfulness practices that support relaxation, presence, and restoration.
This experience takes place on a peaceful ranch setting surrounded by forest. We'll move slowly and intentionally through the landscape, allowing nature to be a supportive backdrop for awareness and connection.
What makes this offering unique is the integration of time with the horses of Belos Cavalos. Horses are deeply intuitive, sensitive beings who respond to our energy and presence with honesty and gentleness. Through quiet, guided interaction, you'll have the opportunity to connect with them in a grounded, respectful way.
This is not a horseback riding experience — the focus is on cultivating mindfulness through the senses in nature, alongside slow, present-moment connection with the horses.
Together, the elements of land, breath, and horse presence create a space that is deeply calming, reflective, and nourishing.

This program is limited to 20 participants to create an intimate and spacious experience.
No previous experience with horses, meditation, or forest bathing is required. All are welcome. Simply bring your curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
